Besides reporting on the activities of the Polish-Czechoslovak Solidarity initiative, this alternative (‘second’) circulation journal also published information on samizdat periodicals, campaigns for the support of political prisoners, essays on culture and interviews with the proponents of the opposition movement (including VONS members) in Czechoslovakia. It was published from December 1987 until January 1990; in total, 16 regular issues (some as double or triple issues) and two special issues were published. The editorial board included activists from Wroclaw (Jarosław Broda, Mirosław Jasiński a Paweł Kocięba), Warsaw (Zbigniew Janas and Wojciech Maziarski) and Prague (Anna Šabatová). In 1988, two issues of the Information Bulletin of Czechoslovak-Polish Solidarity were published.

The digital versions were produced in collaboration with the Libri prohibiti library, where originals of all the issues are held.
